NOTICE
We are giving H1N1 Vaccinations during our regular walk-in clinics each Monday and Friday Morning from 8:00 a.m. until noon, and on the first and third Mondays of each month from 4:00 p.m until 7:30 p.m. on a walk-in basis at our health department office at 590 Railroad Avenue, Wayne, WV 25570. There is no charge for the vaccinations.
Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian.
Both Flu Mist and injectable vaccine will be available.
In order to prepare for the clinic, please click on the Registration Form link below and print out the registration form and fill it out and take with you to the clinic.
