Home Health Services
Our health department operates a Medicare Certified Home
Health Agency. We provide home health services to all of
Wayne County and to parts
of Lincoln and Mingo counties.
We are approved by Medicare and Medicaid.
Our services include:
Skilled Nursing
Physical Therapy
Home Health Aide
Payment Sources: We accept Medicare, Medicaid, VA Insurance, Private
Insurance, and Private Pay.
We offer 24 hour on-call services. If you are a
referral agency and would like to make a referral, please call
304-272-6761.
Our normal operating hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.. If you need to
call after those hours,
please call
304-272-6762 and one of
our on-call nurses will be paged and will return your call.
