The Wayne County Health Department and Cabell-Huntington Health Department are developing a registry for people in the community who have special needs. This information will assist emergency management agencies in planning to meet the needs of people before, during, and after emergencies. A person with special needs is someone who needs daily medication, or insulin, or oxygen, or need some sort of medical equipment that requires electricity. The complete list of what is considered special needs can be found on the website form or the paper form. If you or someone you know has special needs, please take the time to complete the Individual System Form at the link above. The information collected will not be available to the public.
